To Our Valued Tenants:

Now that we have started the Phase 2 Re-opening, please find attached notices that are posted at the office building entrances, elevators and restrooms in furtherance of protecting all occupants and visitors in accord with NYS Dept. of Health’s Interim Guidance during the Covid-19 public health emergency.  We kindly request that you circulate these policy notices within your offices as well.

In addition, please find attached the NYS Dept. of Health’s Interim Guidance for Office-Based Work and related NYS Business Re-opening Safety Plan Template to assist you with compliance in your respective office suites.  Our NYS Business Affirmation confirmation notices are attached, as well.

Lastly, please note that our request to be notified if you become aware that any of your employees or visitors have Covid-19 symptoms or have tested positive remains in effect so that we can apprise other tenants in the building accordingly and they can undertake protective measures.
